Hi, I’m Nauman Mohammed This Book Is Inspiring To a point, where I could get some notes. which I’m gonna adopt in my personal life, and although I found the book has not much to offer but somethings intrigued me to a point.
Key Notes To Focus
No daily to-do
instead, opt for a calendar of most important things – be that one thing to do per day. doing this you avoid clutter and not end up completing anything at least
Not So Important To-Do List-
You Would Only go through when you don’t have anything to do. this to so list is not of so much priority. you could look into it when you have free time, maybe once a week (weekend). which would give a small dopamine kick.
Organize your stuff-
This Technique I adopted from konmari method (remember that Mary Kondo -Netflix special) (yeah that series has nothing much to offer (but the book has somewhat good things to reward you if you have watched one episode just stop right there
From Laundry to dress to all the to-do list. make sure if it’s not helping you any better, get rid of it. I started these with my books and podcast list also. if it isn’t helping then get rid of it rather than postponing. just start small.
Clear all your notes daily – even if you have not completed – clear and transfer all your notes to PC – so that you look only into the to-do list at one place and declutter frequently. this helped me a lot because I use to take a lot of notes and I dedicated 1 day a week to de-clutter. but things changed after I review notes end of each day.
The problem is, there are too many things to focus on. although the author explains each and everything to handle on. it may or may not work realistically, this productivity cum hustle book will work if you live in a un-organized chaos
